How Do I Prepare for Mediationo Make a list of topics for discussion.
o Continue to communicate with your attorney.
o Continue to communicate with your social worker.
o Schedule a minimum of three hours to complete mediation.
o Arrive at the building at least 15 minutes prior to your appointment.
o Bring a snack.
o Plan for child care before mediation. (Click here for information on child care available in the Moultrie Courthouse)
o Plan to travel by public transportation; parking in the area is very limited. The nearest metrorail stop is the Judiciary Square stop on the red line. Use the Building Museum/Law Enforcement Memorial exit from the station.
