Cedric R. Hendricks, J.D., MSW, is the Acting Deputy Director of the Court Services and Offender Supervision Agency (CSOSA).  This federal agency is responsible for the community supervision of adult offenders in the District of Columbia.  Before coming to CSOSA, Mr. Hendricks worked 15 years on Capitol Hill, serving on the staffs of the House Committee on Education and the Workforce, House Government Reform and Oversight Committee, House Post Office and Civil Service Committee, and the House Judiciary Committee.  He has also served as Legislative Director for Congresswoman Eleanor Holmes Norton, and Legislative Counsel for Congressman John Conyers, Jr.  Mr. Hendricks is a 1983 graduate of the Howard University School of Law and also holds both a Bachelors and a Masters of Social Work Degree from Wayne State University, in Detroit, MI.
