The Marriage Bureau accepts applications 8:30 a.m.-4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. The Marriage Bureau is located in the Moultrie Courthouse, 500 Indiana Ave NW, Room JM 690. You must list this person as the officiant on your marriage license application. The officiant form must be notarized.
