Update on Public List for Service Contacts

Effective Nov. 12, 2024, parties will no longer be able to add contacts to the public list for service contacts for eFiling and eServing documents. The Clerk of the Court Office for the Superior Court of the District of Columbia will maintain the public list to ensure it contains accurate service contacts. You will still be able to select contacts from the public list and add contacts to your firm contact list. To request an addition or correction to the public list, please email clerkofthecourt [at] dcsc.gov (clerkofthecourt[at]dcsc[dot]gov) with your full name, address, email address, and phone number with your request. If you have questions, please contact the Clerk of the Court's Office via the email provided or by phone at 202-879-1400.

Add eFiling Email Addresses to Your Safe Senders List

Please add the below email addresses to your email client's "safe senders" list. Otherwise, you may not receive notifications from Superior Court or the eFileDC eFiling system about the status of your filing.

Also, please check your junk or spam folder for emails from us if you expect communications about the status of your filing.
