The DC Courts' Center for Education and Training (CET) has established itself as a leader in promoting global cooperation and education among courts worldwide. By fostering the exchange of ideas, best practices, and innovative approaches to the administration of justice, CET plays a crucial and inspiring role in strengthening the development of justice systems across the globe.

CET provides comprehensive classes and training opportunities for court employees and managers. These include computer skills, legal issues and judicial procedures, management, communication skills, effective writing, technology, and leadership. This diverse curriculum enhances all court employees' professional knowledge and skills base, ensuring they are well-prepared and competent in their roles.

CET also actively engages in local, national, and international legal education through the Court Visitors Program. CET coordinates with public and private schools, universities, and various private and governmental agencies to educate the community about the District of Columbia Courts.
