Criminal matters are those relating to illegal conduct that is considered to be harmful to society or its members. The Criminal Division hears all local criminal matters including felony, misdemeanor, and serious traffic cases.

  • To use a public computer terminal, you must make an appointment here.
  • Email online bond payment requests to BondPayPortal [at] dcsc.gov (BondPayPortal[at]dcsc[dot]gov).
  • Email your electronic payment requests for fines, fees and restitution through CRMPay [at] dcsc.gov (CRMPay[at]dcsc[dot]gov).
  • All payments received after 4:00 p.m. will be processed the next business day.
