On January 7th in-person and hybrid oral arguments in the Court of Appeals and in-person hearings in Superior Court will commence at 10:00 a.m., with the exception of C-10 which will commence at 1:00 p.m. Remote hearings in Superior Court will proceed at the originally scheduled time. Court personnel must report in sufficient time to commence court operations at 10:00 a.m. if required to report to the court buildings. Petit jurors who have been selected for a trial and grand jurors should report at 10:00 a.m. Jurors who are reporting for the first day of jury service should receive electronic notification of their new report time or they may contact the Juror’s Office at 202-879-4604 or visit the Courts website at https://www.dccourts.gov/jurors for updated information about their report time. Employees who are teleworking are required to work from their Flexplace worksites and commence work at the beginning of their tours of duty.
