Make sure the fee petition is served at least 20 calendar days prior to eFiling and that it is eFiled timely in accordance with SCR-PD 308(c).If your fee petition does not comply with the time standards of SCR-PD 308(c), the fee petition must be filed with a motion for leave to late file, uploaded as a single lead document.
