Changes to DC Superior eFiling as of October 31, 2022
D.C. Superior Court case search has moved to Odyssey Portal for the following case types (Phase 1):
- Civil Division cases, including Landlord and Tenant and Small Claims
- Civil cases in the Tax Division
- Probate Division
- Office of the Auditor Master (NEW)
Please click on the below search button to take you to the new Odyssey Portal. Click here for more information about this change and Portal Frequently Asked Questions. For all other case types, continue to use eAccess.

Registration is not required for Portal. You can view most case information anonymously without registration or sign-in.
